The Reward Points earned from orders will be converted into usable Reward Points after 20 Day following the completion of delivery. They will be classified as unavailable Reward Points for the duration of 20 Day after delivery is completed.
Unavailable Reward Points are considered temporary and are set aside in anticipation of returns or order cancellations. They cannot be used for product purchases until they are converted into available Reward Points.
Available Reward Points (Total Reward Points - Used Reward Points - Unavailable Reward Points) can be used immediately for product purchases.
